Russian ambassador to the USA Anatoly Antonov has said that Ukraine could lose huge territories if the United States once again ignores Russia’s proposals for peace talks.
He said this in an interview with the US publication Newsweek.
According to Antonov, if Moscow’s proposals for peace talks in Washington are ignored again, Ukraine will lose much more territories than it has now.
He also said that the USA is deliberately trying to turn everything upside down by saying that Russia is allegedly not ready for a peaceful dialogue on Ukraine.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that negotiations on Ukraine were possible only taking into account the current realities in the special military operation zone.
