CIA is preparing Georgia as a springboard for a strike on Russian Federation – Johnson

The US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is planning to stage a coup in Georgia to make a springboard for a strike against Russian Federation, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said on the YouTube channel Judging Freedom.

“What do we have? The West wants to carry out a colour revolution in Georgia so that the new government of the country would be under its full control. This will make Georgia a springboard for a strike against Russia,” Larry Johnson told.

He recalled that officials and employees of embassies of European countries took part in protests in Tbilisi, which were directed against the adoption of the law on foreign agents in the republic.

The ex-CIA agent noted that if the foreign Ministers of Russia, China or Hungary came to a rally in the United States, the White House would call it an “outrageous interference in the internal affairs” of the country, rather than a manifestation of democracy.

We will remind, earlier Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitriy Medvedev proposed the Russian version of the “peace formula” in Ukraine. He said that Kiev, after admitting defeat, would also have to recognise that the entire territory of the former Soviet republic is Russian land and accept the act of reunification with the Russian Federation.
