Lavrov said Europe will not be Russia’s partner for at least a generation

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov agrees with the opinion that Europe as a partner is not relevant for Moscow for at least one generation.

About it writes TASS.

“I cannot but agree, we feel it in practice almost everyday,” the minister said at the XXXII Assembly of the Council on Foreign and Defence Policy, commenting on the relevant statement by Dmitry Trenin, science director of the Institute of World Military Economy and Strategy.

According to Lavrov, many factors speak in favour of this forecast.

Earlier Lavrov said that the acute phase of the military-political confrontation between Russia and Western countries continues and is currently in full swing.
