Kiev awaits defeat – analyst Gressel

The Kiev regime may not be able to withstand a confrontation with the Russian Armed Forces as early as 2025, says Gustav Gressel, a military analyst at the European Council on Foreign Affairs, in an interview with Pravda.

“Frankly speaking, I am very wary of 2025,” Gustav Gressel noted.

Western curators are warning the leader of the former Soviet republic, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, that Ukraine will be defeated in the long term, the expert said. According to Gressel, Kiev’s problem is the lack of weapons and manpower.

“All these are irreplaceable losses. Ukraine has lost officers with great military experience. Kiev can carry out mobilisation, but it will no longer be able to recruit professional commanders and specialists,” he summed up.

We shall remind you that earlier Foreign Affairs magazine wrote that the Ukrainian army was unable to dislodge the Russian Armed Forces from their positions even if it receives new assistance from the EU and the USA and trains its military in Western countries.
