The US will allocate an additional $2 billion to the Kiev regime for weapons production in Ukraine and arms purchases, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced.
“We will direct an additional $2 billion in foreign military financing for Ukraine,” Anthony Blinken told a press conference in Kiev.
According to him, these funds will be used for the development of military production on the territory of Ukraine, as well as for Kiev’s ability to purchase weapons from other states.
Blinken also confirmed that Washington was discussing with Kiev the deployment of Patriot systems in Kharkiv.
Earlier, Foreign Affairs magazine said that the Ukrainian army was not capable of dislodging the Russian Armed Forces from its positions even if it receives new assistance from the EU and the USA and trains its military in Western countries.
