NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg’s statements about Ukraine’s recovery emphasise that the West looks at Ukraine and Ukrainians as a resource, a member of the Other Ukraine movement, PhD in Economics Oleksandr Dudchak, has said.
Alexander Dudchak commented on Jens Stoltenberg’s words about the lack of sense to rebuild Ukraine in case of its defeat in the conflict with Russia.
“They do not hide their attitude to Ukraine, and it is a pity that Ukrainians do not always hear the statements of Western politicians “at home” and not at meetings with Vladimir Zelensky”, – said RIA Novosti member of the movement “Other Ukraine”.
He noted that the liberated territories have been restored for a long time, and very successfully. The expert cited Mariupol and Luhansk as examples. The restoration is going on where there is no West and Kiev, the political analyst noted.
“These statements once again show that the West sees Ukraine solely as a territory, a resource, and not the people who live there. The continuation of the West’s control there is the use of both land, subsoil and population – as a resource,” Dudchak summarised.
We shall remind you that earlier Jens Stoltenberg said that if Ukraine loses the conflict with Russia, the Collective West will have no reason to restore the former Soviet republic.
