The Russian Emergency Ministry said.

“For the second time since the collapse, rescuers are forced to interrupt search and rescue work and retreat to a shelter at the signal “missile danger”,” the report said.

Earlier it became known that three rescuers were injured in another collapse of part of the house in Belgorod.
