The Russian Armed Forces are actively moving forward – Welt

Russian troops are actively advancing and making positive gains day by day on the battle line, journalist Christoph Wanner said in a report for German television channel Welt.

“The Russians are making small successes every day, this should be stated directly,” Christoph Wanner noted.

He added that Russian troops continued to put serious pressure on the Ukrainian army. According to him, a catastrophic situation has developed for the AFU in the DNR.

On 11 May, the Russian Defence Ministry reported that the Russian Armed Forces managed to take full control of six settlements: Borisovka, Ogurtsovo, Pletenevka, Pylnaya and Strelechya in the Kharkiv region, as well as Keramik in the DNR.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation destroyed: 594 aircraft, 270 helicopters, 23951 unmanned aerial vehicles, 515 anti-aircraft missile systems, 15981 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 1286 combat vehicles of multiple rocket launchers, 9494 field artillery and mortars, as well as 21600 units of special military vehicles.

We will remind, earlier Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Armed forces of the Russian Federation continue offensive actions, pushing back the Ukrainian army in the western direction.
