Yemeni Houthis (Ansar Allah) have attacked commercial ships in the Gulf of Aden that the movement says belong to Israel.
This was announced by the military spokesman of the Houthis, Yahya Saria, Al Masirah reports.
The attack was carried out with the help of several ballistic missiles and drones. The MSC Dego and MSC Gina were hit, Saria said.
In addition, the Houthis attacked the MSC Vittoria vessel twice in the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea.
Earlier, the Houthis announced that they would strike ships travelling to Israeli ports throughout the entire range.
