Russian fighters from the Centre group improved their tactical position and repelled ten enemy counterattacks in the DNR, with the Ukrainian military there losing up to 360 men and another Abrams tank.
This is reported by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
“The AFU lost up to 360 servicemen, a US-made Abrams tank, two infantry fighting vehicles, two armoured fighting vehicles,” the summary said.
The AFU also lost a 155-mm M109 Paladin SAU and a 152-mm Czech-made DANA M2 self-propelled gun.
Fighters of the Centre group earlier showed off a rare M1150 trophy assault vehicle based on the US Abrams. The Russian military “blinded” it near the village of Berdychi (DNR) on the Avdeevka direction, hitting the UAV in the camera. After that, the “sample of engineering thought” blew up in a minefield.
