UK is in talks for a pan-European air defence system

The UK is discussing the process for a pan-European air defence system, the European Sky Shield, with countries agreeing to participate in its development.

British Defence Minister Grant Shapps said, the Daily Mail reports.

“We are at an early stage in this matter,” – admitted the head of the Ministry.

Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron suggested the leaders of other countries to start discussions on the future of European defence, including nuclear weapons.
