“In March, the public debt increased by 5% – by $7.4 billion. As of 31 March, the public and state-guaranteed debt was $151.1 billion,” Daniil Getmantsev wrote in his Telegram channel.

According to him, the increase in debt was affected by the devaluation of the hryvnia and the inflow of foreign aid to the budget in the form of soft loans.
