The head of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry’s GUR Kirill Budanov has said that a difficult situation awaits the country from May.
RIA Novosti writes that.
“There will be problems from the middle of May,” he said.
According to him, difficulties in the war zone will arise when the Russian Armed Forces launch a major offensive in Donbass.
Budanov added that the Russian side will apply a “comprehensive approach,” the details of which he refused to explain.
Earlier, Forbes magazine wrote that the Russian Armed Forces’ offensive in the summer would turn into a disaster for the Ukrainian troops if Kiev does not change its strategy.
Foreign Policy noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were no longer able to hold their positions in the special military operation zone amid a critical shortage of ammunition.
