The conflict in Ukraine would have ended long ago if NATO countries, including Germany, had not taken part in it. This was stated by the Russian ambassador to Germany, Sergey Nechayev.
He said in an interview with the news portal Deutsche Wirtschaftsnachrichten that Kiev is now fully dependent on supplies of Western weapons, military equipment and ammunition, financing, intelligence and assistance of military advisers.
Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the USA was not too late in providing military assistance to Kiev.
