Former US President Donald Trump on Saturday, April 20, cancelled a campaign rally in the US city of Wilmington, North Carolina. Such a decision he made in connection with the impending storm.
According to Trump, quoted by TASS, the safety of his supporters is of paramount importance.
“This is the most important thing. I think we’re in for thunder, lightning, a pretty serious storm. I’m very sorry about that. But we will still definitely hold. We will do it better and with a bigger scope,” he stated.
Earlier, CNN reported that Trump in case of victory in the US presidential election may immediately begin to push for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
