According to the newspaper, US defence ministry officials started to form a supply package long before the upcoming vote.
It is not known what exactly will be included in the aid package. However, experts are confident that it will include ammunition for the most popular weapons systems, including 155-mm shells and shells for medium-range artillery systems.
