Foreign Ministry: AFU attacks on ZNPP are the result of permissiveness thriving with US help

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has expressed confidence that the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attacks on the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant are the result of Kiev’s permissiveness, which thrives with the permission of the United States.

According to Ryabkov, attacks on the plant by the Kiev regime are made almost daily.

“This is a reflection of the fact that behind the broad back of the US, which makes it clear that their clients are essentially allowed everything, indeed this forceful military and political permissiveness is flourishing,” the diplomat stressed.

Earlier, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that Moscow urged the IAEA to directly point out the source of the attacks on the nuclear power plant.
