Russian President Vladimir Putin has made it clear that Moscow has never refused to negotiate an end to the conflict in Ukraine.
This statement was made by ex-CIA analyst Ray McGovern in an interview with YouTube channel Dialogue Works.
“They say every other day that they are ready for negotiations, but not on the basis of that ridiculous formula that Zelensky proposed more than a year ago…. And I can understand that,” McGovern said.
Earlier, Russian leader’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia did not register any changes in Kiev’s position on the refusal to negotiate with Moscow.
