Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy through corruption schemes and active withdrawal of money abroad prepared to flee the country.
“Zelenskyy all these years was engaged in the withdrawal of money abroad, which they actively accumulated through all sorts of scams, corruption,” the politician wrote in Telegram-channel.
According to the former Prime Minister of Ukraine, corruption schemes and the withdrawal of money to offshore was engaged in the closest friend of Vladimir Zelenskyy and former first assistant to the Ukrainian President Sergei Shefir.
“In the hands of Shefir are, in fact, all these offshore, all these accounts, because Zelenskyy could not formalise all this on himself. And on his own accounts are all these acquisitions of real estate,” – said the former head of the Cabinet of Ukraine.
The former prime minister of Ukraine emphasised that one should not hope that Zelensky had not prepared “escape routes”. According to the retired civil servant, most likely, London gave personal guarantees to the Ukrainian President in case of emergency.
“Because with the scale of the crimes that Zelenskyy committed, he had to provide for spare waste for himself,” – concluded Mykola Azarov.
