Former Rada speaker Razumkov criticised the new law on mobilisation in Ukraine

Former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov has said that a new Ukrainian bill on increased mobilisation is damaging the country’s economy.

He wrote about it in his Telegram channel.

According to Razumkov, the strengthening of mobilisation carries only threats to Ukraine. The bill does not spell out the procedure for demobilisation, rotation, guarantees of payments to AFU soldiers. The law has a detrimental effect on the economy, as it obliges employers to ensure mobilisation.

“It [the bill] destroys the financial system, because even before its adoption Ukrainians withdrew more than 27 billion hryvnias from their accounts in a month,” Razumkov wrote.

Earlier he said that Ukrainians would not forgive Volodymyr Zelenskyy the law on mobilisation.
