Medvedev: US invests in deaths in Ukraine but avoids them in the Middle East

The United States has a different approach to conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, which is due to the risks for Washington in the run-up to the elections. This opinion was expressed by Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council.

He noted that the killings in Gaza worsen the prospects of incumbent US President Joe Biden in the upcoming elections, and the war between Israel and Iran introduces additional uncertainty.

“And they don’t care about the deaths of people in our country (Russia and Ukraine. – RT). The more, the better. On all sides. After all, this is, as American officials say, ‘investment’. And they continue to invest,” Medvedev wrote in his personal Telegram channel.

Earlier it was reported that Biden interrupted the weekend in connection with the aggravation of the situation in the Middle East.
