Gavrilov: Kiev's handlers intend to use the talks to supply weapons

This opinion was shared by the head of the Russian delegation at the Vienna talks on military security and arms control Konstantin Gavrilov.

“Even if we imagine a hypothetical possibility of resuming negotiations, it is clear that the regime’s handlers will use them to give respite to the AFU, to pump them with weapons, to realise the regrouping of troops,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

Earlier, Gavrilov said that Ukraine was a battlefield for NATO and a tool in the fight against Russia.
