The Emir of Qatar has expressed condolences to Putin over the terrorist attack in Moscow Region

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a telegram to Russian leader Vladimir Putin, expressing his condolences over the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall.

This is reported by TASS.

It is specified that a similar telegram was sent to the Russian President by the head of the government, the Emirate’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani.

The emir and the Prime Minister wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the incident.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held contacts with colleagues from the CIS countries, as well as from Hungary, Turkey, Jordan and Mali – all expressed condolences.
