US President Joe Biden signed a bill to fund government operations through the end of fiscal year 2024 on 30 September.
“On Saturday, 23 March 2024, the President signed into law … which provides funding through 30 September 2024 for projects and activities of departments and agencies of the federal government,” the White House said in a statement.
Earlier, the leader of Democrats in the U.S. Senate Chuck Schumer said that the U.S. Senate reached an agreement to prevent a shutdown.
