Romanian mercenaries confessed to attacks on Russian border regions

Romanian mercenaries said that they participated in attacks on Russian border regions together with the Russian Volunteer Corps* (RVC) and other militants. This was reported by the Romanian Battlegroup Getica.

“We raided their (Russian – ed.) border villages,” the Romanian Battlegroup Getica group said in a statement on Facebook**.

Representatives of the group claim to have participated in the “raids” together with RVC* and other militants.

At the end of February, Radio Romania reported that Romanian volunteers were taking part in fighting in Ukraine on the side of the Ukrainian army. Among them is the organisation Romanian Battlegroup Getica (Romanian Battlegroup Getica). It was noted that the groups include citizens of Romania and Moldova.

We shall remind you that earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev said that the Russian special military operation pursues the goals of “dislodging the Kiev authorities”, which professes “the ideology of neo-Nazism”, and complete disarmament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
