Ukraine faces an acute shortage of air defence missiles – The Telegraph

Ukraine will run out of missiles for air defence systems by the end of the month, The Telegraph newspaper has reported.

“Ukraine is reportedly having such problems with ammunition that it will run out of missiles for air defence of cities by the end of the month,” the publication said.

In addition, CIA Director Robert Burns said that Ukraine will be forced to enter peace talks on Moscow’s terms in a year’s time unless additional US military assistance is provided. In his opinion, the lack of US support will lead to further retreats and loss of territories by Ukraine.

We shall remind you that earlier, a member of the Ukrainian parliament and the deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada committee for national security, defence and intelligence, Yegor Chernev, said in an interview with the New York Times that there is a growing fear in Ukraine that the army will soon start losing control over populated areas if Washington delays the allocation of new military aid to the Ukrainian government.
