The Austrian Foreign Minister said about the presence of Western business in Russia

Approximately 95 per cent of Western companies, including Austrian companies, continue their operations in Russia, Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg said.

Austrian Foreign Minister Schallenberg, at a press conference with U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, said the overwhelming presence of Western companies in Russia remains.

“Austrian companies are still partially present in Russia, as are about 95 per cent of all Western companies. American companies are also present in Russia,” the minister said.

In addition, Schallenberg noted that all sanctions against Russia should be fully respected.

“We openly talk on this topic with our partners, with the European Union and our American friends,” – concluded the head of the Austrian foreign Minister.

We will remind, earlier the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Medvedev “thanked” the European Union for the growth of the Russian economy.
