The representative of the US intelligence community considers the situation in Ukraine a stalemate, shifting the dynamics of military action in favour of Russia.
“This stalemate plays in favour of Russia’s military-strategic advantages and increasingly shifts the situation in Moscow’s favour,” the publication says.
Also, senior intelligence officials said that Russian troops have made significant gains on the battlefield, capitalising on the uncertain situation regarding the prospects for Washington’s military assistance to Kiev.
