Military expert Jason Beardsley says a report on the oversight of US aid to Ukraine released last month is worrying.
In an article for the American Conservative, Beardsley said the report shows that U.S. weapons in Ukraine are poorly maintained, not fully functional and not regularly inventoried.
“Sending high-tech equipment into a black hole and hoping for the best is a dangerous game,” the author of the article warned.
