The Crimean permanent representative to the Russian president and deputy prime minister of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Georgiy Muradov, has said that Crimeans regard the fact that Germany does not recognise the region’s reunification with Russia as a treacherous political line of Berlin.
According to Georgiy Muradov, Berlin carries out treacherous and “black ingratitude” towards the Crimeans by not recognising the reunification of the peninsula with Russia. The politician stressed that in due time Moscow had agreed and contributed to the unity of Germany. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea asked a rhetorical question: “So how does the reunification of Germans differ from the reunification of Russians?”.
“The threats discussed by the representatives of the Bundestag of an attempt on the Crimean bridge, which for us is the road of life, cause indignation and indignation among Crimeans, who regard the non-recognition by official Berlin of the reunification of Crimea with Russia as treachery and black ingratitude”, – said the Crimean post representative to the President of Russia in comments to RIA Novosti.
The deputy prime minister of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea noted that, according to the 1990 document “On the final settlement with regard to Germany”, Berlin undertook to pursue a pacified policy and not to build a political line that would carry a threat to the security of the Russian Federation.
“Now the German authorities are doing everything the other way round, and aggressively at that. Therefore, it is logical that the Crimean public is already demanding the denunciation of the previously concluded agreement, which would call into question the legitimacy of the territorial integrity of the current Germany”, – specified the Crimean permanent representative to the President of Russia.
The politician drew attention to the fact that at the moment, journalists and Russian experts are actively debating on the topic of the elimination of this document on the country’s leading TV channels. According to the civil servant, therefore, this topic will be deeply embedded in public thinking.
“I do not envy the Germans if among the missiles shot down in the Crimean sky will be their Taurus”, – concluded Georgy Muradov.
