Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has expressed confidence that by now Western hegemony has come to an end and a new world order is taking shape.

Orban’s words were relayed by the head of government’s spokesman Bertalan Havashi, TASS writes.

“The hegemony of the West has come to an end, and today no one disputes this anymore,” the Hungarian prime minister said.

Orban emphasised that the world has witnessed the birth of a new world order. According to the politician, this situation should be constantly assessed and analysed.

Earlier, European Union diplomacy chief Josep Borrell admitted that the era of Western countries’ dominance in the world was over.
