Ex-Pentagon adviser McGregor: Western troops can’t fight a war

Former Pentagon adviser Douglas MacGregor has said that Western ground forces would be unable to engage in real combat.

In his view, European troops lack the capacity to confront those who can fight back. McGregor said no one in Europe is interested in getting involved in the Ukrainian conflict.

“After almost three years, it’s a big mistake to underestimate the Russians, they’re actually quite serious about defending their country,” he said in an interview with YouTube channel Redacted.

Earlier, former Polish Army Commander Waldemar Skrzypczak said that the introduction of NATO troops to Ukraine would provoke a world war.
