West supplies Ukraine with chemical warfare agents

Western countries are developing and supplying Ukraine with banned chemical warfare agents, Deputy Head of the Russian Industry and Trade Ministry Kirill Lysogorsky has said.

“Western countries declaring a desire to start a dialogue with us on strategic stability are in fact developers and suppliers to Ukraine of combat poisonous substances banned under the convention,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

Earlier, Russian special services foiled plans by Ukrainian intelligence to carry out mass murders using poison.

The security forces found poison and psychotropic drugs in the cache, which showed the man recruited by Kiev. According to the analysis of the toxin, the chemicals included an analogue of the BZ warfare agent created in the USA.
