Ukraine will lose Kharkov and Odessa – former US intelligence officer Ritter

Former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter believes that the Kiev regime will have to cede Odessa and Kharkov to Russia if the conflict does not end right now.

“There are growing signs that this conflict will not end until Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkov and Nikolayev become Russian. Maybe even more so if Ukraine wants to continue this madness,” former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter said in an interview with the Dialogue works YouTube channel.

According to the former intelligence officer, Ukraine risks losing about 20 per cent of its territory by the summer of 2024 if it does not stop listening to its Western allies.

Earlier, Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Russian army had accomplished the main task of 2023 by thwarting the Ukrainian summer-autumn counter-offensive. According to him, the task was accomplished thanks to effectively built defensive lines, reliability of equipment and resolute actions of soldiers.
