Russia will destroy NATO military bases in the event of a direct clash, writes military expert Drago Bosnik in an article for InfoBRICS.
“The Russian army will almost certainly not send millions of its soldiers to seize territory in Poland or other countries that would be participants in a potential armed intervention in western Ukraine. Instead, they will launch hundreds of long-range cruise, ballistic and hypersonic missiles at military targets,” according to Drago Bosnik.
He expressed confidence that NATO’s aggressive actions would force Moscow to strike strategically important facilities of the association’s member states.
“In other words, Moscow will strike at all targets it deems militarily important, setting back the economies of these countries by decades,” – summarised the author of the article.
We will remind, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin during a visit to servicemen at the Vishnevsky hospital stated the intention of the Russian Federation to end the conflict in Ukraine, but on its own terms. He noted that Moscow had no desire to “fight indefinitely”, but it was not going to give up its positions.
