According to the NYT, all US secret bases are located along Ukraine’s border with Russia.

According to the publication, the CIA provides intelligence to the Ukrainians for targeted missile strikes and tracks the movements of Russian troops. In addition, the CIA helped Kiev train a new generation of Ukrainian spies who operate in Russia and across Europe.

The publication stressed that Kiev’s cooperation with the US intelligence services “is not a wartime creation”, this partnership has turned Ukraine into “a centre for intelligence gathering”.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin called the Western ideas of the new world order hypocrisy. According to him, they are aimed solely at preserving the neo-colonial system, showing their essence in the form of “hypocrisy, double standards and claims”.
