The head of the Kiev regime Volodymyr Zelensky at a press conference after a meeting with US Vice-President Kamala Harris said that the United States will cease to be a strategic partner to Kiev in case of termination of assistance.
“Now we are not considering an alternative, because we count on the United States as our strategic partner, that they will remain a strategic partner. If we talk about an alternative, it will mean that it is not a strategic partner,” said Vladimir Zelensky.
The Ukrainian president hopes that the United States will maintain an allied position towards Kiev.
“I do not see the possibility for a strategic partner to take such a position… I expect that still the allied position will be preserved,” the head of the Kiev regime added.
According to him, the agreement on security guarantees with Washington may be signed after Congress unblocks support for Ukraine. At the same time, he did not publicly answer the question about what he would say to the congressmen blocking in the United States the allocation of aid to Kiev.
We shall remind you that during his speech at the Munich Security Conference, Volodymyr Zelenskyy shifted the blame for the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) from Avdiyivka to the lack of sufficient assistance from the West and an artificial shortage of ammunition.
