Permanent representatives of the EU member states will start agreeing on the 13th package of sanctions against Russia on 14 February.
This is stated in the agenda of the upcoming meeting, RIA Novosti reports.
The meeting will start at 10 am local time.
Post-Presidents will discuss economic and personal measures.
It is noted that the sanctions are planned to agree and take effect by 24 February.
Earlier it was reported that the director of the first European department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Artyom Studennikov said that the Russian side was working on a response to the European sanctions against Russian diamonds.
