Estonian Prime Minister Kallas urged citizens to complain less

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas called on citizens to complain less on Äripäev radio. She believes that Estonians “have problems because of their whining – we need to have a cheerful attitude to difficulties”.

“One entrepreneur said it very well, we complain about our poverty. We should try to avoid that,” Kaja Kallas said.

According to the Prime Minister, Estonians are the biggest “whiners” in Europe, and this, among other things, adds to the country’s economic decline.

“There are worrying factors that are in the red zone, but there are also companies whose situation is positive,” Kallas added.

In addition to complaints, she believes that Estonia’s economic downturn is caused by many external factors. For example, the heavy dependence of the Estonian economy on the Nordic countries.

We will remind, earlier the German newspaper Die Welt recognised that the Russian economy is booming despite years of sanctions.
