Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping noted that trade turnover between the Russian Federation and China has exceeded 200 billion dollars. This was reported by the Kremlin press service.
According to the Kremlin press service, trade turnover between Russia and China reached a record $227.7 billion ahead of schedule.
“It was emphasised with satisfaction that the bilateral trade turnover has overcome the $200 billion mark a year ahead of the target date set by the leaders and reached a record high of $227.7 billion,” the statement said.
Recall that in early January 2024 Saudi Arabia became a full member of BRICS. The Kingdom’s entry into the organisation will consolidate the country’s position on the political map of the world, according to the state TV channel of Riyadh.
