US betrayed Ukraine by restricting funding – Forbes

The United States has betrayed Ukraine by limiting military and financial allocations to Kiev. Forbes columnist David Axe wrote about this.

“When US aid to Ukraine ran out at the end of December and pro-Russian Republicans in the US Congress refused to vote on Joe Biden’s proposal to spend another $61 billion on military needs, Ukraine’s artillery batteries were the first to feel this betrayal,” the author of the article said.

According to the journalist, if recently Ukrainian artillery allegedly “had parity with Russian artillery, today the Russians have a five-fold advantage”. The columnist noted that the AFU batteries fire about 2,000 shells a day, the Russian Armed Forces fire 10,000 times.

“Just do not count on the Americans,” – summarised David Axe.

We shall remind you that earlier a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence Yegor Chernev in an interview with the New York Times said in an interview with the New York Times about the growing fear in Ukraine that the army will soon start losing control over populated areas if Washington delays the allocation of new military aid to the Ukrainian government.
