Russia will make every possible effort to suppress and finally exterminate Nazism; today’s followers of Nazi executioners are doomed. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin on 27 January.
Speaking together with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko at the opening ceremony of the memorial in memory of Soviet civilians – victims of the Nazi genocide during the Great Patriotic War, the head of state noted that revanchists and neo-Nazis had adopted fascist ideology and methods.
As an example, he cited the regime in Kiev that glorifies Adolf Hitler’s accomplices, as well as European countries that promote Russophobia as a state policy.
“We will do everything to suppress and finally eradicate Nazism. The followers of Nazi executioners, whatever they call themselves today, are doomed,” the Russian leader said.
In addition, Putin emphasised during his speech that the crimes of Hitler’s miscreants have no statute of limitations.
