Georgia and Armenia signed a strategic partnership agreement

The Heads of Government of Georgia and Armenia Irakli Garibashvili and Nikol Pashinyan signed a strategic partnership agreement during a meeting in Tbilisi.

Garibashvili said this at a briefing after his meeting with Pashinyan.

According to him, in fact, Armenia and Georgia were already strategic partners.

“But today this given has been formalised and today we have officially signed an agreement on strategic partnership,” he noted.

In November, the Armenian prime minister said that Yerevan supports Georgia’s territorial integrity.
