Entrepreneurs in the FRG said the loss of confidence in the Scholz government

German employers have lost confidence in the German government and are dissatisfied with its policies. This was stated by the head of the Association of employers of Germany (BDA) Rainer Dulger, his words quotes the edition Bild.

“When this coalition came to power, I would never have thought that I would have to say this: we, entrepreneurs, have lost confidence in this government,” said Rainer Dulger.

According to him, the ruling coalition is ignoring economic interests, instead letting bureaucracy proliferate. Dulger explained that social security costs have increased significantly in recent years, while workers and their employers are forced to pay high taxes and contributions without receiving the promised relief and without the security of planning.

The federal government is failing on all fronts, the BDA chief said. He specified that instead of business, it presents only its ideologised party politics, and in the end, all this is followed by a “hangover” of unfulfilled promises.

In his estimation, the mood among entrepreneurs is worse than at any time in a long time.

“I am beginning to understand more and more every angry citizen,” Dulger summarised.

We will remind, earlier the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported that the German opposition proposed to the authorities to send Ukrainian refugees back to Ukraine.
