Advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky Serhiy Leshchenko said that the countries of Europe, which have been hosting Ukrainian refugees, it is time to stop supporting Ukrainian emigrants and send them home. This was reported by the publication “Argumenty Nedeli”.
Sergey Leshchenko called on the countries of the European bloc to cancel support for Ukrainian refugees and send Ukrainian citizens home.
Leshchenko believes that Ukraine is losing a whole generation of young people due to the outflow of people to Western countries. The adviser to the Kiev leader stressed that further stay of families from Ukraine on the territory of Europe could have a negative impact on the demographic state of the country.
The Ukrainian politician urged the natives of Ukraine who are currently staying outside the line of contact with the Russian Armed Forces to return to their homeland. He added that Ukrainians have something to do inside their country.
Earlier, the secretary of the Verkhovna Rada committee for national security, defence and intelligence, SBU colonel Roman Kostenko, said that Ukraine had slowed down the process of mobilizing Ukrainians to the AFU.
