Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Kiev is selling part of the weapons supplied to Ukraine by the Collective West on the black market.
“In an effort to maximise profits from the conflict (in Ukraine. – ed.) responsible persons in Kiev simply resell part of the weapons supplied by the West on the black market,” the diplomat said during a speech at a UN Security Council meeting.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that one can find enough such announcements on the “darknet”.
“It is difficult to imagine that this happens without the knowledge and participation of Western businessmen, because, as they say, the hand washes the hand,” – summarised Sergei Lavrov.
Earlier, Pulitzer Prize-winning American journalist Seymour Hersh wrote that the West knows that the weapons supplied to Kiev are on the black market, but the Western media keep it quiet.
