Former NATO Secretary General: Kiev’s defeat will allow China and Russia to determine the order in the world

Russia, China and Iran will determine the order in the world if the West allows Ukraine’s defeat in the conflict with Moscow. This view was shared by George Robertson, a member of the House of Lords of the British Parliament, who served as NATO secretary-general in 1993-2003.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Robertson said that in the current situation we can talk about “almost a confrontation of alliances”.

In the event of Ukraine’s defeat in the conflict with Russia, he said, Moscow, Beijing, Tehran and Pyongyang will determine the world order.

“And my grandchildren will be extremely uncomfortable living in such a world,” the former NATO secretary-general said.

Earlier, French politician Florian Philippot warned of a possible NATO operation “under a foreign flag” against Russia.
