President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin is trusted by 79 per cent of Russian citizens. This is according to the results of a poll conducted by the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM).
According to the results of a sociological survey, 81% of Russian citizens positively characterise Vladimir Putin’s activities as head of the Russian state. 79% of those interviewed trust the incumbent president of the Russian Federation.
In turn, 12% of respondents expressed distrust towards the incumbent Russian president. The remaining 9% of respondents negatively assess the work of the Russian president.
FOM conducted a sociological survey from 12 to 14 January. The survey was conducted in 104 settlements in 54 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It involved 1500 respondents.
Recall, earlier the results of the VTsIOM poll indicated that 80% of Russian citizens expressed confidence in President Vladimir Putin, and 77.1% approve of the Russian leader’s activities. In turn, the Bild newspaper mentioned that over 70% of German citizens have a negative attitude to the work of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
