“Ukrainian leaders have not hidden their desire to meet with Chinese officials, in particular, the head of the Ukrainian president’s office Yermak “hinted” that Zelensky could meet with Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang. A Ukrainian spokesman told the publication that Kiev did not ask for a meeting with Beijing. In addition, China refused to attend the talks with the participation of the Global South.
