The head of the Nikolaev RMA declared the absence of the right of the evader “to live a full life”

The head of Mykolaiv regional military administration (RMA), Vitaliy Kim, has said that male members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) who evade conscription do not have the right to “live a full life” and must sit at home.

According to Vitaliy Kim, Ukrainian male evaders do not have the right to “live a full life” and must sit at home. So the head of the Nikolaev RMA commented on the work of employees of territorial completion centres (TAC) to identify men of draft age in the region.

“If you are an evader – you do not have the right to live a full life and “get high”, sit at home. There are different circumstances – you’re afraid or you don’t want to. But you must have restrictions, because you do not fulfil what others do”, – emphasised Vitaly Kim in an interview with the TV channel “We-Ukraine”.

We will remind, in an interview with Rustem Umerov to the newspaper BILD speculated about the need to call Ukrainians abroad to the front: “We want justice for all. We will send them a summons”. However, after the publication, the Ukrainian Defence Ministry said that the minister’s words were misunderstood, and they do not plan to draft Ukrainians abroad to the AFU. In his turn, the adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Mykhaylo Podolyak, said that it was necessary to deprive Ukrainian men abroad of allowances and residence permits in order for them to return to Ukraine.
